Funny when you find something interesting it usually inspires you to find out more, anyway I was over the moon to find a bulla. One fact that I have found out today (and I was wondering why the popes would be so free with their favours ! )
You are a well off ecclesiast , one day you are gonna kick the bucket, gotta do your spell in purgatory (forgotten about that , was told it at school) anyway how do you shorten your time there? Easy innit, just send the pope a lot of dosh innit, he sends you a papal bull (bulla attached) when you die it is buried with you, bought your way out innit!
