Has anyone had any experience with one of these detectors , they look interesting ,,,,, no digital meter , just a simple needle meter with ferrous and non-ferrous indication.

They claim to be one of the deepest detectors on the market, a German test , seems to prove this .

However i can see some problems using one of these , the most obvious , is that if the depth they claim is true, and with no depth guage , you in theory digging for hours to get to your goal , or have a JCB handy

I wouldn't mind giving one a go though , i like the simple dig / no dig indication.

I have heard the machines are superb but the service from the manufacturer is pretty poor as it's very much a one man band operation and whilst he's good with technology, he's not so good dealing with customers.

That's purely anecdotal by the way as I've no personal experience of them so it may just be heresay Huh
