PI
« on: October 24, 2011, 07:45:31 AM »

I have been thinking about buying a new C.Scope CS4PI for the beaches, but have been advised to consider a second hand one as some people just cannot get on with the 'dig everything'.  If you have a different brand of PI, I would consider that too.

Please message me with details, including price.

I am prepared to collect in a radius of 30 miles or so from Carmarthen.

Thank you.

Cannot see a 13" coil for that machine listed anywhere on the Garrett website.  Is it a Garrett coil?  And its not really a pulse machine is it?

Thanks Geoff.
It would have helped if the full name of detector had been given in the first place.  Not interested in it though.

Could anyone with a PI machine please private message, PM, me with details (full name/model please) and price.
Thanks.

Finally decided on a new machine.  Not available in UK anywhere so getting from USA.  Did find one supplier in the EU but even with paying all the duties and charges by importing from USA, it's still very much cheaper than getting from EU.
Thanks for your interest.

Am just over 10 stone.  Can arm wrestle and win over people to 15 stone plus in some backstreet pubs where there are nails in the table but there is no way I can swing a Safari with a big coil like Jan (Jassy) does, so went for the lightness feature first and foremost.  Take my hat off to that girl.....

Jan uses a harness with her safari. Once you use the safari for awhile you get used to the weight    I have no problem swinging mine with the 12x15

Thank you Geoff.
Actually Filternozzle has been exceptionally helpful.  We have shared many PMs of late and what a gentleman he has been.  Credit where credit is due.  It has been a real pleasure to receive his wisdom and advice.
