Out today visiting a local farm, hope to secure permission to use his land within the next week or 2, will be my 1st within close proximity to where I live.............................. Wink

Managed to nail the farmer down today eventually and have secured permission to use his land....................  Wink Smiley Smiley Smiley
Have told him that I will wait until this unsettled weather clears up a bit before I even think about giving it a go.... Sad
He has advised me that a number of items have come to light tho, such as; george II, edward III, and saxon hammer head, so here's hoping........... Wink Wink Wink Wink

make sure u got the farmers tel. number and txt him as to when u r going on it. i always find that that politeness is well respected by the farmers.
