Title: New farm?

Out today visiting a local farm, hope to secure permission to use his land within the next week or 2, will be my 1st within close proximity to where I live.............................. ;)
Will keep you posted as to how it go's............................... ;)

Managed to nail the farmer down today eventually and have secured permission to use his land....................  ;) :) :) :)
Have told him that I will wait until this unsettled weather clears up a bit before I even think about giving it a go.... :(
He has advised me that a number of items have come to light tho, such as; george II, edward III, and saxon hammer head, so here's hoping........... ;) ;) ;) ;)

make sure u got the farmers tel. number and txt him as to when u r going on it. i always find that that politeness is well respected by the farmers.

Well done on getting the land Alan,just hope that there will be a break in the weather now so you can get out there & do some detecting on it,dont forget to show us your finds. ;D
