Detect with a carrier bag covering your coil! Trouble is you then have to keep the bag dry and also away from the mud or it gets saggy and drags risking collecting more mud or tearing! Some of them are now lucky if they.re detecting the top inch of soil! Amazing! But funny! Ian.
