Title: yipeeeeeeeeeee Im detecting again Post by: Landyman on May 07, 2010, 11:34:25 PM I'm detecting again. Since last September I have only been able to detect once, which was at the DW rally in January. I was diagnosed with cancer last September. After a long fight which I won and despite half my insides being taken out in February I was able to go detecting for a couple of hours yesterday and again today. Now feeling tired and sore but happy that I was able to do it. Now looking to the future and hoping to eventually be able to detect for longer periods. Thanks to my detecting buddys Flash and Soft top who have both helped me through a difficult time.

Hope DW helps keep you hungry for detecting and polishes your knowledge of all things...... ancient ;)
