Depends on whether it is a shortcross or not.

You can't see any of the arms, but to my mind I would have expected to have seen some voided long arms if it was long cross.

So, if it is a short cross, then it could be Henry II, Richard, John or Henry iII (you can at least read 'EN' from Henricus on it).

It took me some time to work out that you had shown both sides, and I think I can read 'EN' on the reverse - could be that the moneyer is Henri - most likely mint then is London (but that's just a guess).

Dates to 1180 - 1240s (I think), but given the shape of the lettering it isn't the earliest type.
