hey i'm back  Cool some great finds so far especially the sword hanger and the Henry VIII's!

i had a great day yesterday, demolished my button record in the process too! so many were just sat on the surface! my best finds were a dress hook (tudor? would love a date for it!) some form of bronze finger ring (georgian maybe i'm not so sure), 1931 shilling and coppers ranging from George II to George V. also a lead item which appears to have some sort of design, but is not the conventional spindle whorl shape. cracking site and thanks to Mark for arranging. look forward to seeing what else was found . cheers

My few bits of interest as promised.

The shale disc that is partly drilled, the nearest thing I can find online to it is a piece of unfinished iron age jewellery. Any other thoughts are welcome.

Stutters The square thing looks like coin weight and the little bit below the musket balls is part of a very old key. Nice finds.
