I'd agree with Val, the puritan collar reminds me of Cromwell too.
Beachboy and myself had 4 roman between us but mostly in bad shape. couple of small buckles and what looks like silver cuff links, will try an get pic up if i can find my camera..

thanks for that geoff the  flo  report was ""modern not recorded""  written on the plastic bag they returned it in , it was only when i got it home ,i gave it a light clean and found the seal at the bottom, that the flo would not have seen could be why they would not record it. so im very happy with your id, will still pass it on to our flo to be sure  thanks again for your help  mickycoin Grin Grin

unfortunately late 18th-19thC would still be modern in the FLO's book so even Mark may not record it Cry
