Well i braved the rain and the cold today for an hour in some fields close to where i live.

I found a 1964 threepence piece and the nail in the pictures. I was wondering if anyone can date, is it modern? Roman?!

I know its only a nail but it didnt look like a modern machined nail to me so i was intrigued! anyone shed any light?  Huh

Well done on finding a coin! As Peter said stick at and pretty soon you'll have a huge collection.

Thanks for posting
