Possibly a weight possibly not, found on the medieval  pasture field, Deeeeep and I mean Deeeeep any thoughts please  ;) it does have evidence of iron staining on the larger end..

Hi Paul.  I've found a couple of these and they are 'cow horn straighteners'.  Big old lumps of lead aren't they?

they are big lumps that's for sure,i don't know,but aint it funny what they used to make back in the days,cheers butty. ;)

Yes Ron...funny things they make today to!! like "fidgit spinners..!!...now think about Detecting one of those in 500 years !!.. LOL 😁!!..happy hunting.👍

Seriously Paul!  There's a set for sale on ebay for £90.  They are supposedly used for straightening the horns of bulls.

Wow spot on Tom, I took them to my club Thursday some doubted there use, others never had a clue....
