Well what a week trapped a nerve last monday in my lower back and have been recovering ever since, as most of you are aware you gotta keep moving or you sieze up.

This morning i woke at 07:30 very stiff  Wink so thought i best go and walk it off, i went to my usual site which ive been doing over this last year and has been very productive on the hammereds and copper alloys and plebty of rubbish and not to mention the famous girl guide badges  Grin and only one Roman which was my silver denarius over nearly a year ago. Not wanting to walk too far been stiff and all that  Wink i picked i line ive done many times which is evident by how quite Mr Garrett was (which is quite nice rather than the Ding Dings sometimes), not even a button  Sad but all this was to change half way up the field with a bit of a Ding,Grunt More Ding than Grunt !! this told me there was something of interest with maybe some iron close by Huh With that my 10 ton shovel was in the ground (still not got my Black Ada) i lifted the sod and not even 4 inches in was that of my Roman healer Constantine I, spink 600 in excellent order. Grin

The healing was short lived soon after that, after a couple of hours i had to call it a day as i was getting stiff again Wink
