Thats a beauty Ray - well done mate - love decorated spindal whorls.

Great in the soil shot as well.

Smiley: Had a great day! Thanks Geoff for organising it. I had 4 forks, 1dessert spoon,)1 handle of an old teaspoon and a knife blade, but no plates! I found a gold ring in the stubble field and in the pasture field I found a florin, a Vicky penny and a nice Victorian hook thing and lots of aluminium/foil bits! Best wishes, Romansue  Cheesy Cheesy

My best rally yet Smiley
Apart from the three spoons I found and a note saying 'Uri Geller woz ere!' I also found a musket ball/meccano wheel/knob/buckle/horse brass/snake head?/Vicky spoon handle?/Cartwheel Penny?/Vicky pennies and halfpennies/George sixpence and finally that last coin which has two heads on the same side, one over the other, I can only guess it is William and Mary?
