Excellent report and photos geoff - glad some good finds came out and yet another gold ring. I'll copy and paste your report when I get back for the magazine.

I think I may have lost my report writing crown! Grin

Well done all on a great day out - gutted I had to leave early.

I really think I let the side down on Saturday, as it,s my first D.W. rally
not unearthing a hammie. Only modern coinage, including lots of half-
pees. A brass threepenny bit- 1943, a faceless and backless penny.
Any way I had a great day out, spoke to plenty of nice people, in great
surroundings.By the way Phil ( collegwent ) you did meet me, I was
the one who laughingly said you,d brought it with you.Remember.
Can only say, looking forward to the next one.  STAN    Grin Grin
