falcon.1656,the top one looks like it could be a harness mount,the second one,i have found two of these and the best i can come up with is that they seem to be Latten spoon handle knops dated about  16-17 centuary,some of them acted as  seal's on the top,there's a lot of info on them in Gordan Bailley's "Detector Finds 2".
