Must say, I'm more of a 'fair weather' girl
Not too keen on wallowing around in the mud in the rain. Plays havoc with my soft hands ....

I agree it's not very nice getting your soft bits wet

its ok to detect in the rain provided you and detector are adequately dressed to keep damp out !

Though minelab covers are not that good in heavy rain, though see through morrisons carrier bag pretty effective.

Like the tip using cling film, good idea that, provided you can still see display 

Its very cold and wet today, so hope its been worth it for those brave enough to go out !

the cling film is perfect as long as you put it over the screen so it sticks to the screen with no creases, it does'nt impare your view in any way, please try it and let me know what you think.
