Found this it looks like a ring  and I think its made out of bronze Its got a hole on both ends on the straight bit

                                        Looks like one of those kid's rings that were used to squirt water into the faces of unsuspecting individuals. I could well be wrong though!

That top picture looks like a bogey pickers ring

Looks like tudor purse bar ,the loop tp hold onto a belt and bars would have longer with holes to hold a leather purse..

I would say it's from around 1600 - 1800
