I I no this is proberly been posted a million times but for the life of me can find it on here I am fairly new to the detecting scene I had one before but got rid  but now I am back looking for a detector that is good inland and on the beach aswell I have around 200 to spend so any advice would be great

minelabs are pretty good on both , dont know what you can get for £200 though  Sad

Yours badger, are garrets 150/250 any good for beginners and beachs

good for land and dry sand are the garrets but for the wet try to get a second hand explorer

For that money any of the Fisher CZ's, excellent on the beach, should be able to pick up a CZ5 or CZ6 for that price
