Garret advice!

Hi celticspikey  , I use a 250 and a dues and I find the garrett a good little machine on the dry to damp sand but it will not cope with the wet sand due to its inability to manually ground balance but a good starter machine to learn on

Thanks for your opinion it's what I suspected he will have to get a second hand sovereign if he does beaches.

If you want one just for beach work, dry/wet sand then this can do the job no problem at all, not sure of their price 2nd hand.
