Garret advice!

Just wondered if any one can give there opinion on either the Ace 150 or 250 when it comes to beach work, my son who is 30 wants to get in to detecting so needs a start up machine I know they are successfully on the fields . Most of you know I've been detecting for longer than I care to mention and like many of you have the top end machines to cover the fields and beaches that said I have never used an Ace so would welcome your experiences on this model. i use a minelab fbs on the beach but this guy does seem to find a bit,

Sorry but i thought the ace 250 was better than my Deus on the wet sand, just my opinion

you cant beat the explorer s on wet sand  i started with the garrets and would nt go back to them after using the explorer

???Stick by what I said thou, most of us have top end machines and I certainly include your safari! It was not meant to be critical about entry level machines
