DAMSEL IN DISTRESS....(will i be a hero or not)

  i have been asked to go and help a damsel in distress  ha ha. my girlfriend as been asked to ask me can i go and find a welsh gold ring her friend as lost not sure when, the damsel says she as lost it in her garden and the garden suppose to be not to large   !!! so on Saturday i will go and try my best to find it, dont know if there are pipe work or cables near but this knight will go with his detector and take on the challenge ha ha for the damsel distress.............. ............. will update the story on the weekend guys and gals ...  Yeah, go for it Kev,   a few years ago my mother's next door nieghbour wanted me to look for her wedding ring in the back garden / lawn,   she showed me where she thought it would be,  but i didn't have a feeling for it there,  i gave it a little go though with no luck,  then went to the end of her garden and looked in the compost heap that was surrounded by wire netting,  guesss what, yea, i found it in there,  she was well excited,,
 as i was going out of their outhouse her hubby came in, gave me a stange look as if to say what are you doing in there,  then she appeared with her ring and said i found it,    thanks, lol

 he lookd amazed then and said oh they do work then do they, he made me take a pack of 4 home with me, lol.

me and my mate, were lucky to get on this farm the farmer is a woman.
well she asked us to help find a wedding ring that she had lost 47 years ago,
what are the chances of that.She took us to one feild and said it could be in here or it could be in the other feild two miles away, me and dave grubb looked at each other and shrugde our shoulders and i said ok leave it to us well we done the one feild and nothing at all so the following week we went to do the other field dave went up the top and i went down the bottom like you do, well within ten mins i found the ring  the ring was 18k and it was lovely.
we gave the ring to the farmer, and the look on her face was a peach the week after we went back to the farm and she gave us a bottle of port and a big box chocolates each now thats what i call gratatude sorry havent got a photo of it but dave grubb have,i'll try and get it to put on the forum.
