Hi Paul I'm pretty sure it's a reduced follis of Constantine II, Trier mint, Laureate and cuiriassed bust left holding globe surmounted by Victory. Rv:  BEAT TRANQLITAS. Altar inscribed VOT/IS/XX with globe and 3 stars on top. Wink
