Just bought a sturdy plastic sand scoop, from Maplins, only £4.99p, (£9.99) on flea bay.

I also bought one of those yesterday from my local Maplin store.

Apparently they was on offer in-store only, this was a few months ago though, and they were only £1.99 then.

I was expecting to get one for £1.99 but they were full price at £4.99 now, still well worth the money.

They are strong, light and have just about the right sized holes in.

I saw an almost exact copy of this scoop for priced at just over £55!!!, unbelievable really:
