I have both but use gt most as hip mountable
Lighter and easy to use , better in rain , and
Better signal in ear , hope this helps

Personal preference... I had GT nice machine and deep with it..
I now have etrac great machine easy enough t understand found a pile with it... Grin

I have recently bought an etrac and i love it. I've found loads with it and will find loads more in the near future lol

now I have an eTrac - but have changed coil from heavy SEF to ultimate and now it doesn't bend my arm off

Starting to get used to it (13 coins found in 2 hours so far)
