The only thing I can think, as you can't snap a bicep by pushing (wrong muscle) is that he was actually trying to pick the van up Shocked This would normally of been OK for Rob but little did he know that the van was packed with green kryptonite  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Surgery went well and I'm now out of the full cast, Stitches out yesterday and fitted me with a removable cast. Physio to start soon but no weight on arm for 6 weeks and then only 5kg for the following 8 weeks.  Embarrassed
