Sometimes better not to know. As I have trouble with one of my knees I was interested to watch a replacement op. Wish I hadn't.  Shocked
My friend had it done under local anesthetic. Said she didn't feel a thing and was very surprised to see her leg thrown around like a sack of spuds. Shocked

Any news from the Hospital yet ?

Nothing Val yet, yet the state of Royal Glam personnel wise is appalling. Methinks I may have it done by one of the grounds keepers a scythe and some gardening string.

Can't you elect to have it done at a Hospital of you choice, thought it was an option these days.

Oh well, had an Ultrasound on my arm yesterday and its confirmed that the tendon snapped totally.

Got to see the specialist on Tuesday morning to be booked in for the op on Thursday morning. Thats only 3 days before the Santa hats Rally so I'll have to see how I go. Hope I dont have to miss it.  Undecided
