Two coins today found in same place, tried to clean one with disastrous results, one left as found very fragile.

I miss being a beginner.   Back then, same as Greg, I used to dig everything that even hiccupped and I always came home with something worth researching even if it eventually went in the bin.  That's the trouble with discriminating machines,  you get too fussy about what you dig and I'm sure we all must miss some nice finds as a result.

Keep up the good work Greg and very well done on the iron Age mount.
