ID Please. irish button KG 1V 1821 Jacket size, It says Ireland on the bottom but looks like Galic round the top any idea what uniform it could be off.

My better half is a fluent Gaelic speaker so translation isn't a problem but a better (closer) photo would be needed, the button is to celebrate the visit of George IV to Ireland in 1821 the first king to do so since Richard II, an unusual and very interesting find well done ;)

OK she's had a better look and it says "Cead Mile Failte" which literally means "a hundred thousand welcomes" ;)
