Cracking write up as always Neil, enjoyed the day, my finds were few, a 1939 penny, a worn joey, and a toy cap gun, great bunch to detect with, and a very nice farmer, who could not have been more helpful, now where did I put my Santa hat !

Another great rally and to all those who didn't find anything never give up I found my James 1st Shilling on the first maize field two hours afte going over it the first time and it was half sticking out of the ground so just goes to show it doesn't matter how many people go over a field there's always a chance of finding something!!
