Hi doc, or anyone else who fancies a go

found this coinweight over the weekend. I originally thought it was a fairly recent one, however, i am now beginning to think its a coinweight from the early 15th century for a Noble.  Can you confirm please?

Hi Al, looks like youre right. There's one on Colchester site and a diagram on CJ's. Henry 5th 1421. What a cracking find.

Lol .. we went back to the field yesterday only to find that the farmer had beaten us to it, and was muckspreading!
