they have been since my early days.
i often listern to simple man.it reminds me of my mother.who died when i was 6 yrs of age.
i will not listern to it today.im exited about the 2 dayer.
and i dont want to fill up.lol.
but i must say.this song has brung many tears to my eye.s over the years.lol.
i never thought id find this on detectingwales.

Its funny how some times you assocate songs with certain times of your life.

My 1st Marrage was hell on wheels be fair partly my fault heavy drinking and womanising, but one song kept me going till i had the courage to walk away and start again.

When i was Racing Eduros and Motor X Id get in the mood to kick arse by playing Big Country songs Loud lol

Songs are great to relate to life. Happy songs, sad songs, songs for everyday of life. This song got me through the loss of my mum and still feels as appropriate today as it did in 1984. Brilliant song, brilliant band and great memories.

God I can not believe the pleasure some some people get from Spending Cabbage ( talking C##P ) for the sake of there own self importance. Thank god I know some decent people who keep me sane.
