I believe it is Henry III Class 7a, London mint, moneyer Abel (ABEL ON LVNDE).

don't know mate maybe I heated it up too much. I am just relieved it didn't snap

Was it bent right over?

The best policy is to bend it back a little at a time, heating it up between each bend.

The coin looks as if one of the dies shifted a little in between strikings.
