hi every body, i had to take a photo of this little chap. I never knew that slugs eat cooked meat he's getting stuck in to some cooked ham.

if you have got dogs, make sure they re eating bowls are clean as slugs contain a parasite that can be passed onto the dog called lungworm.....thats the parasite, and not the name name of the dog  Grin

Know all about it. My dog had it 2 years ago when he was a pup. Slugs and snails leave lavae in thier slimey trails so anything that pup plays with outside can be a danger.
If pup starts coughing or sounds like he's trying to get something out of throat then check in with Vet. If left untreated it can KILL.
Treatment is simple. Just a single spot on wormer for 3 months and not too expensive. Wormer is called ADVOCATE.

By the way Nap I've got a big fat Toad that would love your slug.
