Had a few hours out and found these within a few hundred yards of each other. The two rectangular blocks on the bottom right are stones, of which I would normally ignore, but there were a load of them throughout the site.
The bottom left designed circular object could possibly be a boss, or knowing my luck it's a lid off a biscuit tin Roll Eyes . But all jokes aside the boss has engravings on the underside rim and is heavy in relation to its sizes. The top left belt buckle was found with the leather attached in the boggy ground alongside the spring that ran alongside the site.
Hopefully a great thanks.

Hi Alun,  I agree. The ring with the leather is the part of the bridle that takes the bit and the cheek piece.

Don't think the stone is quite right for tesserae, it's a bit thin and not square enough. But I might be wrong (I often am) Well done on getting into the fields, a bit soggy at mo.

Thanks for the replies, agree on the bridle harness Val, the farm tacks a number of horses. But door knob, nope way to heavy and centre hole only 5mm with no other fixing points. Also go with stones, pretty though lol.
Yep Val pretty damp, but had to get out for an hour or so.

Can you post a photo of the back of the "boss". If its a boss it may not have any thing on the back, if its a bridle fitting it would have small hooks or rivets soldered to it. Very ornate though.

Looks like a door handle backplate, 18th to 19th century.

This is a bit similar:
