Mine was a copper-alloy nummus of the House of Constantine, dating from 343 to 348

found in October 2005.

I hate to admit it but after 37 years I haven't got a clue Huh I do remember which was my first recorded though a James I groat that I found in our garden in November 2008 three days after moving back to the UK.

A bronze age palstave axe head in great condition, found near Kidwelly. The farmer was happy for it to be be donated to the Museum of Wales, where it now resides.

Al I have a feeling that a great many recordable artefacts or more likely partefacts  found by newcomers end up in the bin or nearest hedge and I include myself in that too Embarrassed

The first thing that I recorded with the pas was a 1588 Lizzie sixpence. A nice date as it was Armada year.
