I see you've got your mo-Jo back Mikey. Well found.

Might make the effort myself tommorrow. Last chance for a few weeks. Little op. on my hand Tuesday and a little girl with 4 legs on Friday.

Think I might have my one good hand full for a while

Nice one 22ct is pretty rare in the uk isn't it ?

I went to Rest Bay this morning walked down the ramp and promptly sank about 6inches down on the sand. I know I am a bit on the large side  Grin but I figured today wasn't the day for that beach and went onto th pebbles to fill my bag with ring pulls and small lead/aluminium  Roll Eyes

PHEW! In a way i'm glad you said about the bits of small lead etc, thought it was just me finding them..as I found absolutely LOADS of them last week at Rest Bay and was worried my detector was playing up or my detecting skills have gone downhill...lol.

That beach is a nightmare for those tiny weird bits of lead etc.

Won't be going back in a hurry although I saw someone trying further out towards low tide but I just expected the sand to be just as deep there so didn't venture out. Drove past Coney beach after and might give that a try as I haven't been there before. I suppose as it's by the fair I will find my share of ring pulls anyone else detected here before ?
