peter can you put an I.D. to this coin found by"TC".
Cliff tells me its the size of a modern 10p

Looks like a Nero tetradrachm of Antioch (Syria). I would guess probably not a UK find? Would need to be seen in the flesh to check if genuine. See here ( the first coin on the page):
