Thanks Both,  When i was in this morning they said quite a bit of interest has already been shown after we'd set it up yesterday and after i'd gone,
,
In fact one old guy liked my military badges and could name all of them i was told,
he said my silver laural leaf one with the gold welsh feathers was in fact a military sweethearts brooch,  he's an expert on the military stuff.

he told them that the Womens land army badge is  very rare, and in good condition,   and worth a lot of pounds to a collector,  he said he's never seen one outside of the services, and he knows women who were in the land army and they haven't got one,
He told them that there are a lot of replicas about that look good,  but mine is a genuine one,
there was another one on here a few months ago, i wonder what that one is,

I went to the Museum toady in Pontypridd, and I got to say I was quite impressed with some of your finds on display.  Should have included the club website address somewhere when you mentioned about the club.

Very good Alan, I enjoyed.

lol Phil   thats tough old glass that too, thick stuff,  they were panicking a bit cos they couldn't get one of the sides on one of them to lock this morning, you could just lift it up  a few inches, but they managed it later,  i said hey, some of those coins are worth over £200 each in there, lol.

When the exhibition was first talked about he asked me how i wanted to be known,  i said just a local detectorist. i had a shock  when i went in and saw my pix and my name up there,

yeah i done the love tokens frame cos i think a lot of people would be interested in it ,  especially going back to the crooked sixpence in the nusery rhymn.
its on for a month Phil,  but i don't know the actual finnshing date mate,

narr   Phil,   he he,  they are the  the bi productts from moulds for the musket balls  from where they were cut off from,
even the military expert and the museum staff didn't know that though.
they thought it was something like from  that old game we used to play as kids.
