have a fisher 1265x in good nick except for the box housing.and it dont work lol, but other than that is it worth repairing ?.dont really want to send it off to joan allen (prob cost a bit)or has anyone got one thats kaput so i can rob the bits of it?

did you sort it out? my 65 is with dave at pentechnic. to be honest i dont want to spend too much on it either, but i'm attached to it.
my friend picked one up for £50 in a charity shop. in good condition also!!

Why not give them a ring ?  They're a decent lot so may even repair it FOC  Huh

well its in good nick except for the top box , it got a bit squashed,ye could scour ebay for one .........ye might drop them a line spose theres no harm in asking
