Hi to you all,
This artifact was recently detected on a new permission that has given up a few surprises.
This piece is made of lead,at first glance it looked like a nut,but on closer inspection there is no hint of a thread.
Also,its strange how all the sides are shaped differently.
A game piece?.....the mind boggles!!

It's amazing what strange lead shapes turn up and you can only guess at their uses. There is a lot of stuff out there that we will never know the function of. But it was probably important to the person who made it.
