This is a lead Ampulla that i found a few years back. It is from the shrine of Santiago De Compostella in Spain. The Ampulla has both lugs un-broken and is still sealed.

Thats a beauty Dave - nice find mate. Its travelled a fair distance to come all the way over here! I wonder what the contenbts are - could be holy water, blessed oils or even Brains SA! Who knows.

That's the perfect ampulla Dave , they don't usually turn up like that , still sealed , amazing!
