I must congratulate the organisers today for a well run and enjoyable rally.Although i only found a 1868 maundy joey and a 1929 shilling the day in my eyes was a well run affair and once again WELL DONE ORGANISERS ! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)

THANK you geoff  neil and mike for a great day out i think this shows that detecting wales can organize a successful rally my self i only had two coins a brass three pence and a victorian farthing but the smiles on every bodies face said it all  all the best  DES ps dont be long with the next one

What a great day  :) the weather was just right, although I didn't find much myself I saw some lovely finds. A successful first rally, thanks Mike, Geoff and Neil  8)

Well done Geoff, Neil and MIke. Had a great day and the organisation was excellent. Didn't find a great deal myself but some nice things came up. I've been looking for a match for the gold coin but haven't got an ID yet.

Neil I apologise for covering you in mud, you were lucky mine was the only vehicle parked in the field! lol.

Thanks to all who organised this rally,and to Mike for arranging with the farmer. It
was a good day for me, as I found my first hammy with my new Fisher F75. i was
getting a little disheartened with it, but now all is well in the world. Apart from my
aching back, and stiff legs, from all that wandering. Hope another rally is not too
far off. Nice also to meet, and talk to all the names on the forum. Cheers, STAN
