ID this please

Could anyone help with this ID please. It is approx. 30mm dia, made of lead/alloy, hollow on reverse showing signs of silvering.

I'd say a mount, judging by the 2 little pips on the back. It seems to show a medieval Knight holding a helmet but I got no idea of age.
