Hope you don't mind folks started the thread so all items are in the same place.
I'll post up some of the pictures I took, but please post up better if you have them.

Also please post up pictures of the other finds made today.

NWDD on the last dig of 2016, a lovely day mild and dry, perfect detecting weather.

Great finds I didn't find much went early as my t2 was going nuts with all the coke coming up. the t2 loves coke lol great day though thanks for organising mark

Well done to you all, and especially mark for organizing it. That was a brilliant two finds Shiela, and who found the posy ring?. My best finds were a thimble and a Parrys mining token in decent condition dated 1788.

just a young head Viccy penny. a foreign, but modern something coin, and a chunky lead steelyard weight.

i managed the possible roman ring bezel, 4 ha'pennies, buttons etc. i will post some pics tomorrow. huge thanks to Mark for getting us on this great land, was great to see some yellow too.

Nice spindle whorl ( I really like finding these) , Vic penny, thin finger ring, kitchen knife and four buttons...plus 2lbs of lead and two useful iron rings! Oh and a Victorian padlock key cover which made me smile as a few days ago I found a Victorian padlock which didn't have its cover.....
Had a brilliant day and was thrilled to see the beautiful Soveriegn....well done Margaret.
What a beautiful sunny day it was.

I didn't get much today a nice buckle few old coppers lead the usual nice to see the gold though once again cheers mark for organising
