You never see a farmer on a bike!

Escaped for just over an hour this morning.Lovely out Cool

Went to Monmouth to Have a look at the stubble fields  (still too high)

They'd done some hedge trimming around the headland and the stubble was flattened - so could detect around the outside.

In the past found plenty of George 3 and Victoria onward six pences, but found my first William sixpence Shocked

Found a George2 & 3 farthing - poor condition- just make out the heads

Nice lot of buttons here....found the butty to Adies (he found 3 weeks ago)
cleaned it up

Can't wait for them to plough it

That's a nice William there Phil, the don't turn up very often.
Your little note "you don't see a farmer on a bike" there is one around here that rides it for just that reason I think, wouldn't surprise me if he's got a dead donkey somewhere too   Grin
