Title: 2 hammered today. Post by: trys on March 21, 2009, 08:57:06 PM went out this morning with Lee (Sticky) on to a new field. Took about two hours then these two popped out! First Henry VIII for me, and i'm told the penny is Edward II.

It's around the same size as a lizzy sixpence, but when I looked in my book I noticed that there were no sixpences in Henry's reign. You would think that more would turn up as he was on the throne for 38 years!
