MY FIND TODAY

HI EVERYONE.
after five years of detecting.i ask myself when will i find my first hammered coin.
i wonder.
never in my wildest dreams did i expect a day like today.or for that matter a weekend as such.
i was just searching for the hammered coin ive allways wanted.i approached my first hole it was a nice signal in the coin range.rob and ian had just found a couple of pre-decimal coins.i thought ok boys there.s coins in here.i started to dig my hole.i turned over the clodge.and there it was lying on top of the dirt.i new it was a gold stater but my brain would.nt function.so i stared at it for a while.and then picked it up.
after a few seconds i squeezed the coin in my hand and lost total control of myself.
while rob and ian looked on.rob shouted to ian he.s found his first hammered.
im still jumping around ive never in my life had such a feeling it was tremendous.
within 2 mins of starting the day.id put the last 2days behind me.finding a gold stater
was all to much for me.lol.
