found this part of a ring ,has the colour and weight of gold , has a halmark or something on the back but i cant find my magnifyer to check , looks like its been in a fire at some point looking at the bubbling on it ,

could be my 3rd bit of gold this year and my first field found gold ring

There is also the burn test and if it's magnesium there will be a lovely white burn.. lmao
