Hello Smiley Mel my brother has a prizm 6t when he bought two months ago he discovered a with the searchead cable  Angry apparently reading the user reviews on the net a lot of people are experienceing all sorts of problems ranging from loose cables to faulty meter readings  Huh having owned a couple of whites models over the years Iam very surprised about the the manufacturing quality issues of this model at present one of my machines is a whites matrix m6 I,m not having any problems with this model in fact it,s one of the best machines my opinion I,ve owned and the best whites model closely followed by the prism iv going by the reviews!! personally I told my brother not to buy it  Wink at the end of the day it was his choice and money  Grin Grin hope I have,nt made matters worst but I,m not making this up  Sad regards mole

Cheers mole nice to know all the ups n downs about a machine that other people are experiencing,
like i said it might be me having to much power turned up on some fields and the detector picking up
all minerals and not tuning itself in quick enough ??

You really do need to tape the coil cable to the stem and don't move/change the coil angle as you detect.

If on busy/iron ground then the tracking could be the problem. Find a clear spot and lock the tracking.
